Given that I’m new to mountain living, I wanted an agent who understood the local challenges and subtleties of living up the hill. Joe has had a long history of mountain living, so he was able to answer all of my many questions. Due to the nature of my work, I was mainly available in the late evenings and Joe always made it a point to respond promptly no matter how late it was.
